Come down & See us at Dublin Tea & Coffee Festival 2014

Here's the first image of our stand down at the Dublin Tea&Coffee festival 2014. It should be a fantastic weekend for anyone with an interest in the best the coffee world has to offer us here in Ireland. Get down and pay us a visit, we have our baristas brewing espresso at stand number A8/B9, and there is some wonderful single estate filter action over in Roasters Village, stand R4.

More Gold Stars for Excellence

We like to excel at Bailies Coffee, and pride ourselves on the coffee we produce day in day out for our customers. So we are always pleased when our coffee gets recognised for its merits with others. At the recent Great Taste Awards 2014 we again took home several stars, another 5 to be exact, which takes our staggering total of gold stars from the great taste awards to 32!! A few of the gang couldn't help but celebrate in the roastery, and why not. It feels good to win. We would also like to congratulate all the other local artisan Food NI companies who bagged awards  #supportlocal #betterfresher

The move is going well

We have been here a few short weeks but already the place is starting to take shape, one of the first visual indicators being the signs - this being the first Bailies Coffee sign to go up, and the removal of the old buildings branding (which led to some confused drop-ins whilst it was there). A massive step forward in the move was also completed this weekend, which saw our roaster equipment ( which is some heavy duty machinery ) make the move across Belfast to BT9. We've been busy taking pics of the whole process, which began with the construction of a new internal wall in the factory which will form part of the roastery area. With a few...

We are moving!!

  It's been a long time in the pipe works but finally the move has begun for us here at Bailies Coffee. Our new premises is located on Stockmans Way, not far from the M1 motorway, busy Lisburn road and Kings Hall in Belfast. As some of you may know we outgrew our last premises some time ago, but only now have we found the perfect spot for our new and and improved coffee roastery. We have some amazing ideas, some off the wall plans, and some schemes people suggested we downright ignored, but suffice it to say when we finish with this place its going to be rather spectacular.
