Feels like forever since we had time to get together and celebrate our new microlot coffee of the month here at Bailies, with trade shows and other exciting happenings we have been focused on other tasks. But what a tasty coffee to get back into the swing of things! This Burundi washed coffee has a great aroma, sweet and chocolaty enticing you in. It helps that we had lots of sweet treats to pair it with as well. The flavour notes of most coffees work well with cake, but the Yandaro is perfect for it, with notes of berries, ginger and cinnamon sounding like cake ingredients already.
