One of our New Year's Resolutions is to do a bit more blogging and video blogging to give our customers and fans a bit more insight into what goes on behind the scenes at Bailies Coffee, and all the work and thought that goes into what we do. We would also like you to meet the amazing team of people at Bailies who make it all possible through their passion and dedication for great coffee and customer service. To kick things off, here's a little video the lovely folks at First Trust Bank shot as part of their agri-food campaign (ok, we're cheating a bit here...we'll shoot our own one next time!)...
If you would like to serve espresso-based coffees in your offices, such as cappuccino and lattes then a note of caution – you really need to be prepared to invest in the best equipment for the job. It’s a very exact science and impossible to produce coffee shop standard espresso with anything less than a commercial grade machine.

Today saw a few guests pop over to our roastery at Bailies Coffee. The reason.... a photo shoot for a massive promotional campaign from First Trust bank, our new partner in the banking world.
The shots involve our commander-in-chief himself Russell, involved in some artisan roastery business.
We thought we would take the opportunity to photograph the photography - inception style - and give you a quick behind the scenes preview. You can see all the shots below.
