Finca El Rodeo is located in the Chinacla region of west Honduras. It is the sister farm of our well regarded Las Flores microlot. Owned by Edgar Carillo who is no newcomer to the industry, with two decades of family experience behind him Edgar set out on his on path a few years ago. Keen to improve the quality of coffee in Honduras, Edgar and his sister Karen have also established their own company that focuses on supporting farmers, processing and exporting coffees.
