Aimed at those who wish to learn about the art of espresso extraction and how to make the silkiest cappuccinos
For those who have an interest in becoming a barista, or for people to develop an existing coffee skill set. This course focuses on the key skills required to set your grinder, make espresso, and foam and texture milk for cappuccinos. We will also cover some fundamental info on the daily care and maintenance of your equipment.
The class runs from 10am to 4pmin our custom built centre of excellence in Belfast and each participant gets lunch on the day as well as a goody bag to take home with them. No previous barista experience is required for this course.

Introduction to coffee beans - where it comes from, how it's processed and the different varieties used
Grinder & machine set up
Steam, texturise & pour milk
Tips on barista best practice
