Founded in 1904, Santa Felisa is in its 4th generation of farmers, currently operated under the expertise of Anabella & Antonio Meneses.
Since the farms establishment, Mr.Trinidad E.Cruz set out values of integrity, quality, loyalty & justice which have steered the path for the farm on what it has become today.
Focused on growing high-quality specialty coffee, the farm has more than 30+ varieties both microlot and nanolots, experimenting with varietals such as Red Geisha and Red Pacamara.
The picked cherries are brought to the local wet mill where they are spread out on concrete drying patios.
After 3 weeks of drying, the coffee reaches optimum moisture levels. It is then stored on the farm and shipped to the dry mill to be prepared for exportation.
