Buenos Aires Huixoc is a quality focused farm located on the slopes of the Huehuetenango mountains. With 5 generations of farming, the Perez family take pride in producing the highest quality specialty coffee.
A large majority of the coffee grown on the farm is of Caturra variety, however, at various altitudes and microclimates, it produces varied taste profiles. On the cupping table we decided on a lot from the mid-high point of the farm based on balance of flavours and overall sweetness.
