Brazil Sao Silvestre Natural 1kg
Sweet chocolaty natural coffee from Minas Gerais in Brazil. In the cup taste a sumptuous combination of peanuts and milk chocolate with a pleasant acidity.
The Andrade family established their farms in this region during the 70’s with 300 hectares of planted area and 1.5 million trees with the aim of producing high quality coffees. This region has an altitude between 1100 and 1200 masl, which provides ideal conditions for growing coffee due to its perfect balance of wet and dry seasons. The correct husbandry of the plantations produce uniform blossoming and maturation, creating excellent conditions for natural drying process. The results are excellent quality, award-winning beans, appreciated worldwide.
The Andrades are always looking for ways to achieve more quality and since last year have invested in research into better drying processes for Sao Silvestre using an African bed type drying process, which has already shown in the amazing results in the cup.
