The Cauca region of Colombia sits within the western foothills of the central mountain range, with rich volcanic soils that have traditionally been cultivated for coffee. This particular lot is grown by producer Federico Pillimue and his young family. Federico has been working alongside Comepcafe since 2015, as a producer is committed to his processing, with an interest in increasing the diversification and quality of his coffee by working with various processes and varieties.
