Inmaculada Coffee Farms is located in the village of Pichindé, a county in the municipality of Cali, located within the state of Valle del Cauca, Colombia.

In 2022, the Fellow's Farms Program was created to assist traditional coffee farmers facing challenges from market prices and climate change. As a corporate responsibility policy, Inmaculada created the fellows farms program by improving their production and harvesting practices and increasing their income. The program also aims to showcase the farmers’ work to global markets with traceability and international high standards.

They began buying small batches of coffee cherries from farmers facing climate change difficulties in the Cauca region. The program pays a bonus for high-quality cherries and supports a group of farmers in the Cauca department with around 60 hectares of Colombian common varieties grown using an agroforestry approach.

In 2023, They expanded the program to work with farmers in the Huila region, sourcing special coffee varieties from a new family and neighboring farms. The program aims to improve farmers' practices and quality of life while also testing and offering the international market many different varieties and processes from over 30 hectares of farms.
