La Cordillera farm is located within the Huila region of Colombia. Jose Uribo Lasso & his wife Martha Zuñiga moved to Huila to follow their passion for coffee, laying the foundation for their family business.
This microlot is lovingly produced by their youngest son Nestor Lasso. Nestor emerged as the driving force to push the family's focus on specialty coffee, championing quality & innovation whilst his brothers Adrian & Jhonatan focused on quality control & cultivation processes. All their efforts have born significant fruit, literally, with the family's coffees achieving success in prestigious competitions globally.
