Roasted for filter: Best enjoyed as a pour over, without milk, to allow the subtleties of the light roast to emerge.
The Buku washing station is named after the village where the coffee is harvested. Through the METAD program, growers from the surrounding community bring their cherries to this washing station for further processing.
PROCESS
This coffee is naturally processed, sun-dried on raised beds, allowing the fruit to dry on the seed which develops a sweet complexity. Growers who are part of the program receive training, free seedlings, and professional guidance at every stage of production.
