Guatemala produces a true Central American coffee with chocolatey, floral notes and Coban SHB is a prime example of this.

Fedecocagua cooperative was founded in 1969, and now runs with 20,000 members. 70% of co-op’s members are from indigenous groups from various regions of Guatemala, including Huehuetenango, Cobán, Verapaces, Retalhuleu, San Marcos, and Zacapa. The organisation itself is made up of over 150 individual co-operatives that supply the coffee, and they are the now the main exporter of coffee from Guatemala itself. This lot represents the flavour and quality that can be expected from coffees grown in the Coban region.
