Honduras Hexelito Honey
A full body honey coffee from Honduras that produces great complexity and sweetness in the cup.
Hexelito farm is located in very a favourable microclimate in the Montecillos region that enjoys low, stable temperatures - allowing for slow maturation of coffees and also even drying of Honey coffees. Alex started experimenting with honey processing a few years back and it very quickly allowed him to reach fuller and flavoursome taste profile with his specialty microlots.
Nowadays, almost all of his farm’s production is processed and dried as honey as it delivers great complexity and sweetness.
