As a straight espresso it’s very well balanced with pronounced notes of caramel and nuts. It has really buttery texture, the acidity is slightly muted, but high sweetness with lower bitterness makes this blend very good all-rounder. Goes well together with milk, creating incredibly sweet cappuccinos.
