Delivery

Items will be dispatched on the next working day and you should receive them within 3 – 5 days from dispatch, so please allow extra time if you order over the weekend. At busy times of year for postal services delays may occur which are beyond our control.

Where you have ordered a coffee before it has been roasted you will receive your entire order when the coffee is ready to go. e.g if you pre-order a coffee and buy along with other items, we will ship all items together after the coffee has been roasted. This helps us keep our packaging costs low for all our customers.

If there are any issues regarding delivery of your products i.e. weight etc.; we will contact you and arrange delivery through an alternative method that is suitable for you. If we can’t deliver, you will be given a full refund.
