The guys over ar the CoffeeNI blog recently sampled some of our single origin coffee, namely the don jimenez from the dominican Republic we roasted recently. They also mention the estate is listed in the incredible book by James Hoffman The World Atlas of Coffee. If you would like to serve espresso-based coffees in your offices, such as cappuccino and lattes then a note of caution – you really need to be prepared to invest in the best equipment for the job. It’s a very exact science and impossible to produce coffee shop standard espresso with anything less than a commercial grade machine.

We are moving!!

  It's been a long time in the pipe works but finally the move has begun for us here at Bailies Coffee. Our new premises is located on Stockmans Way, not far from the M1 motorway, busy Lisburn road and Kings Hall in Belfast. As some of you may know we outgrew our last premises some time ago, but only now have we found the perfect spot for our new and and improved coffee roastery. We have some amazing ideas, some off the wall plans, and some schemes people suggested we downright ignored, but suffice it to say when we finish with this place its going to be rather spectacular.
