Bailiescoffee.com reserves the right to refuse an order if we feel it has not been carried out in the correct way or where any deception may have taken place.
No contract will exist between you and bailiescoffee.com for any product unless bailiescoffee.com has received and accepts your order by email confirming that your order has been dispatched. The acceptance will be assumed complete and will be deemed to have been effectively communicated to you when Bailiescoffee.com send the email to you (whether or not you receive that email) items cannot be bought for resale without Bailies coffee permission.
Bailies Refund Policy
If any goods are faulty, as long as they are returned within a reasonable time, a full refund will be given, under the Sale of Goods act 1979 (as amended), Consumers will be given a full refund within 30 days of their cancellation if they wish to cancel the order.
Coffee & tea
We roast all our coffee to order and pack our tea to order to ensure freshness for your delivery, for these items we cannot accept returns due to their perishable nature. If you aren’t happy with your product or if there is a problem, please get in touch with our Customer Service team (Monday to Friday 0900-1700) by email info@bailiescoffee.com and they will work with our Head of Quality to resolve any issues.
Brewing Equipment
We will accept returns of any equipment or faulty goods. Please get in touch with us first and within 28 days before returning anything to our Roastery, you can reach the Customer Service team (Monday to Friday 0900-1700) by email info@bailiescoffee.com. We will investigate the issue and contact you on a remedy, either through assistance from our Training Team, a replacement or refund of the purchase price. We will organise for goods to be collected from you; we will use our own courier and you will be required to be available for a nominated collection. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Payment Methods
www.bailiescoffee.com accept all major credit cards as way of payment. All our transactions are processed through a secure encrypted server.
Delivery
Anticipate delivery within 28 days. Most items will be dispatched within 24 hours and you should receive them within 48 – 72 hours. If there are any issues regarding delivery of your products i.e. weight etc, we will contact you and arrange delivery through an alternative method that is suitable for you. If we can't deliver, you will be given a full refund.
Cancellation rights
The consumer (You) have the right to cancel your order (by the distance selling regulations) at any time without giving any reason. This does not include beans that are ground to your specification. The cancellation period is 7 days and begins from the moment the contract has concluded. (the day after day the consumer receives the goods. You, the consumer can be asked to pay for the cost of returning the goods. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent and be unopened. These terms do not apply to Roasted Coffee.
Coffee subscriptions
If we process a monthly subscription’s cancellation on June 1st, you will continue to receive the benefits of that coffee subscription until June 30th (30 days) and there will not be a refund of any part of the monthly subscription fee. You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after your current billing cycle ends.
Subscriptions may be cancelled by logging into our subscription portal here or simply email us at info@bailiescoffee.com We send out our single-origin coffee subscription at the start of each month *First delivery ships immediately - depending on first delivery, nine buffer days from the 1st will prevent double deliveries* -You won't receive decaf in your Single Origin subscription.
Handling Complaints
We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and will advise consumer on how long we think it will take to resolve the issue. The consumer will be informed at every stage through the process.
Promotional codes
If you, the consumer receives a code entitling you to free coffee, you will receive 100% off that coffee but will still have to pay for the delivery for that product. If you the consumer receives a code entitling you to a free subscription package, a charge of 1% will apply on that subscription package as a transaction for 0% will not be accepted by all major credit/ Debit cards. Where a promotion takes place that offers 50% off first order will only apply to trade customers who sign an agreement to take our coffee for a certain length of time. 'Win a Year's Worth of free coffee' competition- This competition means that the winner will receive 1 x 250g bag of coffee, every month for 12 months.
