Trainees will learn all about the essential elements of good coffee brewing - what are they; how do they affect your cup of coffee and how they help to achieve the optimum balance of strength and extraction.

The class runs from 10am to 4pm in our custom built centre of excellence in Belfast and each participant gets lunch on the day. No previous barista experience is required for this course.
