Bailies Coffee Co is committed to upholding human rights in all aspects of our coffee sourcing, roasting, and business operations. This policy outlines our dedication to ethical sourcing, fair labour practices, and social responsibility, ensuring respect for the rights of all individuals involved in every part of our supply chain.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, suppliers, farmers, cooperatives, and other stakeholders involved in our coffee supply chain. It aligns with international human rights frameworks, including the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions.
Our Commitments
We adhere to the following principles:
Ethical Sourcing & Fair Trade
- We prioritise sourcing from farms and cooperatives that uphold ethical labor practices, paying fair wages and ensuring safe working conditions.
- We actively support Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, and other responsible certifications where applicable.
- We work directly with farmers and cooperatives to ensure they receive a fair price for their coffee, promoting sustainable livelihoods.

Reporting Violations
